• No individual may enter with more than one team. However a single team with more than two players may enter more than one pair.
• It is up to you to confirm your eligibility. If you are found to be ineligible after the tournament has begun, your team will be immediately disqualified and you will not receive a refund.
• In the event that a prize-winning team is disqualified, their prize will pass to the next runner up.

• It is your responsibility to contact your opponent before the match. Do not ask the tournament operators who you are supposed to be playing and what their gamertag is. All of this information will be accessible through the website.
• If a team is not responding to a Friend Request/Invite from the opponent team, and we are notified of this - If we or any ref attempts to invite/FR you and you DO NOT RESPOND within 2 minutes, you will forfeit the match
• Each match will consist of a best of 3 series
• All maps will be the latest version of the MLG maps
• All gametypes will be the latest MLG Team Slayer

• Each round will have set fixture of maps by bracket (winner or loser). To see which maps to play in a given round and bracket, see table (1) below
• Each round is scheduled for 2 hours. The absolute latest a match can start is one hour before the round has finished. If you match has not started by then, a random coin toss will determine the winner.
• Each round is set to take place at a specific time. All players must be online and ready to play 10 minutes before their match is set to begin. Failure to appear will result in a forfeit.
• Teams should not delay more than 5 minutes in between maps.

• For every round, maps will be pre-definied. See table below
• Time Limit:15 minutes
• Kill Limit:50
• The remaining of the settings will correspond with the MLG gametypes and MLG maps settingss

• Tournament will begin Saturday, May 24th.
• All matches will be played on Saturday
• Bracket seeding will be random
• All matches are at fixed times(see schedule on competition page)
• These match times will not change during the competition.
• If you are schedule for a match, you have 20 minutes to get into a lobby with your opponents otherwise you will risk being declared a forfeit.

• Host will always alternate after each game.
• The team to host the first game will either be the team on top of the bracket, or on the bottom of the bracket. To find which team will host the first match see table (1) below.
• Host team will ALWAYS be Red. Non-Host team will ALWAYS be Blue.
• Before each match, players will conduct a 30-second lag test in order to identify the optimal host. In order to identify them on bungie.net, all lag tests will use the map "Last Resort"
• If the team responsible for hosting cannot provide sufficient green bar ping times to all players they will forfeit host to the opponent team
• If no suitable host can be found, a 3rd party host may be used
• If no 3rd party host can be found. contact referee or tournamnet owner
• If a non-hosting player is disconnected during the match, do not stop the game. Invite the disconnected player back into the game.
• If for any reason, the host ends the match early, the host team will forfeit the match
• If the host is disconnected and the game ends, it should be immediately restarted. The kill totals from the disconnected game will be added to the continuation game to determine the winner of that map.

• Each team will be allowed one substitute
• This player can sub in at any time during the competition. This means that even during the Best of 3, a player may be switched from Game 1 to Game 2.
• No player subs are allowed during an actual game or once the game has started
• Players must make sure their gamer tags are valid. If your gamer tag entered on our site does not correspond with your current Xbox Live gamer tag, you will not be permitted to play
• Roster changes can happen as many times as you like before the competition. However, once the competition starts, you will not be able to change your roster

• Refs will be available throughout the tournament. They will be made available per request
• A list of online refs will be provide at the start of the tournament
• All selected refs will be impartial and will be approved by GameOn

• If you are going to dispute the outcome of a game, do not continue playing games after the one you are going to dispute. If you play another game with your opponent after the game you wish to dispute, then you will forfeit your right to dispute the outcome of that game.
• All disputes must be accompanied by videoevidence in the form of a Halo 3 film.
• It is the non-host players responsibility to verify the match settings are correct before the match starts
• Teams who engage in fraudulent disputes will be removed from the tournamnet. do not casually dispute a match just because you lost.

• Any form of cheating will result in immediate disqualification and loss of prize
• If you are found misrepresenting yourself during the tournament - you will be disqualified
• If you are proven to have multiple people playing under the same gamer tag - you will be disqualified
• If you suspect a team of cheating - it is your responsiblity to provide enough evidence to support your claim. This includes: Halo videos, capture card video, handheld video, and even audio recording.
